It’s a complete overhaul of the IPO process by the market regulator SEBI! In good news for the Flipkarts and the Snapdeals of the startup world, SEBI has unveiled the e-IPO norms for start-ups doing away with stringent disclosure norms and end-use restrictions, also keeping retail investors away from the platform!
